7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with Orbitcheck for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase—no questions asked.
To request a refund, simply contact us at support@orbitcheck.io with your account email address and we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
What's Not Refundable
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscription renewals: Refunds are only available for first-time purchases, not automatic renewals. You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
- Partial month usage: If you cancel mid-billing cycle, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period but will not receive a prorated refund.
- API usage overages: Charges for API calls exceeding your plan limits are non-refundable.
- Accounts terminated for policy violations: If your account is terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, no refunds will be issued.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard:
- Log in to your Orbitcheck account
- Navigate to Settings → Billing
- Click Cancel Subscription
After cancellation, you'll continue to have access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period. Your account will then automatically downgrade to our free tier.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us at support@orbitcheck.io before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We're committed to resolving any issues promptly. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended.
